Creamy, savory, and loaded with seafood goodness—these Shrimp & Crab Roll Ups are the kind of bite that disappears fast and has everyone asking for the recipe.
Ingredients
8 large flour tortillas or lasagna-style pasta sheets
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
1 cup lump crab meat, picked over for shells
1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
˝ tsp Old Bay seasoning
˝ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
Optional: grated Parmesan for topping
Instructions
Prepare the filling:
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add the seafood:
Gently fold in the chopped shrimp and crab meat, followed by the shredded cheese. Mix just until combined.
Assemble the roll ups:
Lay out the tortillas or pasta sheets. Spread an even layer of the seafood mixture over each one.
Roll and slice:
Roll tightly into logs, then slice into 1˝–2 inch pieces.
Bake:
Arrange roll ups in a greased baking dish. Brush lightly with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden.
Serve:
Let rest for a few minutes, then serve warm with a fresh salad or your favorite dipping sauce.
