Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated croissant dough
8 oz shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
6 oz crab meat (lump or claw)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika

Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar, parsley, cooked shrimp, and crab meat until well combined.
Shape the cups: Separate croissant dough and press each piece into a muffin cup, forming a shallow cup shape.
Fill: Spoon the seafood mixture generously into each croissant cup.
