2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken (breasts or thighs)
1/2 corn starch
1 jar Orange marmalade
3/4 cup Soy sauce
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 Tbs Sesame oil
A spoon of minced Garlic
1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
Red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
Place the chicken in a large bowl and add the corn starch, Stir to coat it all. Brown the chicken in oil in a fry pan, turning to just brown all sides. Add into the crockpot.
In a container add the marmalade, soya sauce, ginger, sesame oil, garlic, vinegar and red pepper flakes (if using) and mix together. Add into the crock pot and stir to mix together with the chicken.
Cook on high for 3 hours, or low fir 6 hours. Serve with rice and vegetables.
