All the gooey, nutty goodness of pecan pie—without the fuss! 🙌
Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 eggs, divided
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix cake mix, butter & 1 egg. Press into a greased 9x13 pan.
In a bowl, whisk corn syrup, sugar & 2 eggs. Stir in pecans.
Pour over crust & bake 30–35 mins until golden.
Cool, cut into bars & enjoy!
