Lemon Cream Gooey Cake

1 box white cake mix
1/2 C butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2C powdered sugar
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) lemon pudding mix
Whipped topping

Instructions:
Mix cake mix and butter; press into a baking dish.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and pudding mix until smooth. Spread over crust.
Bake at 325F for 5 to 40 minutes.
Cool and chill. Serve topped with whipped topping.
