Air Fryer Recipe
Ingredients
500g chicken breast or thigh, cut into cubes
Olive oil
Skewers
Seasoning mix
Garlic butter topping
Extra grated Parmesan, to finish
Seasoning Mix:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic Butter Topping:
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Chopped parsley (optional)
chilli flakes (optional)
Salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Toss chicken with olive oil + seasoning
2. Thread diced chicken onto skewers
3. Make Garlic Butter:
Melt butter, add garlic, parmesan, parsley, chilli, salt and pepper
4. Brush chicken with garlic butter topping
5. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 10–12 mins, flipping halfway.
6. Brush more of the garlic butter over cooked skewers. Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top.
