Makes 28 pieces / Serves 6
(cut in half for 2-3)
Ingredients:
– 4 Cut Da Carb flatbreads
– 4 large chicken breasts
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 4 Tbsp taco seasoning
– 8 oz cream cheese
– 1 cup salsa
– 4.5 oz can green chiles
– 1/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
– 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1.Pressure cook chicken with broth and taco seasoning on high for 12 minutes.
2.Quick release, shred the chicken, and mix with cream cheese, salsa, and chiles.
3.Spread the mixture over the flatbreads, roll tightly, and cut each into 7 pieces.
4.Arrange roll-ups in a greased baking pan. Top with both cheeses.
5.Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
6.Serve warm and enjoy the melty, high-protein goodness!
