The easiest dinner ever—and it makes a TON! Perfect for busy nights or feeding a crowd.
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (14.5 oz) can beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 packet onion soup mix
1 large bag frozen meatballs
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
1 (16 oz) bag egg noodles
Directions:
1️⃣ In your crockpot, combine cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion soup mix, and frozen meatballs.
2️⃣ Cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
3️⃣ Once the meatballs are done, stir in the sour cream. Cover and let it warm while you prep the noodles.
4️⃣ Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
5️⃣ Add noodles to the crockpot and stir everything together. Serve and enjoy!
