- Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped pecans if using.
6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
