Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until well combined.
5. Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
