- Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced into strips

- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
3. Toss in the broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry the vegetables with the chicken for about 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
