- Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown.
4. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Place the chicken in the skillet with the mushrooms.
5. Pour the chicken broth and heavy cream over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
