Ingredients:
- 4 large bread bowls
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Carefully hollow out the bread bowls, leaving about a 1-inch thick shell. Reserve the bread you remove for dipping or other uses.
4. Spoon the seafood mixture into each hollowed-out bread bowl, filling them generously.
5. Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
