Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant.
3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
