▪️12 oz. Extra Wide Egg Noodles
▪️1 lb. Bacon, sliced in 1” pieces
▪️24 oz. Whole Milk (4%) Cottage Cheese
▪️Sour Cream, for serving

1️⃣ Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
2️⃣ Place the sliced bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium heat until crispy (7-9 mins).
3️⃣ Boil the egg noodles until tender (tender is better than al dente for this dish) and then strain into a colander. Immediately transfer the noodles back into the hot pot and add the bacon (along with some or all of the bacon grease) and cottage cheese.
4️⃣ Mix for 1-2 mins until the cottage cheese is heated through. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top and enjoy!
