3 eggs,
3/4 C /150 grams of white chocolate,
3/4 C /150 grams of cream cheese (e.g., Philadelphia type).
Preparation method:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whisk the whites until stiff. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and combine with the cream cheese. Gently add the yolks, and then the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Transfer the mixture to a greased mold and place it in a water bath. Bake for 15 minutes at 325°F, then reduce the temperature to 160°C and bake for another 15 minutes. Finally, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 15 minutes to cool slowly.
