1 cup sliced deli corn beef
1/2 cup shredded Swiss/ mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup drained sauerkraut
2 tablespoon Russian/ thousand island dressing
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
12 eggroll wrappers
Dice corned beef in to small strips. Place in a large bowl add shredded cheese, sauerkraut, dressing, salt and pepper. Mix well. To stuff place your egg roll wrappers on to a diagonal add filling to the center roll tuck in the sides and seal it closed with water. Deep fry until golden brown or to air fry spray egg rolls with nonstick spray and air fry at 400° for 12 minutes flipping half way until golden brown.
