(one pot)
3 bell peppers of choice
1 onion
1 lb grass fed ground beef
1.5 cups minute rice
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
garlic powder
Soy sauce
Dales seasoning
Red pepper flakes
Worcestershire
Salt & Pepper
1-2 cups cheese of choice
Preheat oven to 400. Chop all veggies while ground beef is browning, do not drain the meat. Add all veggies to pan right before beef is fully cooked. Season with seasoning as much or little as desired, you really can’t mess it up, cover. Let veggies simmer on stove with the beef for 8-10 min or until veggies start to become soft. Add in can of diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and add in uncooked rice. Mix well, cover and place in oven for 20 min. Uncover the bake and top with cheese, put back in the oven for 10 min or until cheese is bubbling and starts to brown.
Enjoy immediately or use as meal prep. Lasts in the fridge for 3-4 days.
