A buttery oat base, layers of chocolate, toffee, and caramel—topped with dollops of crumbly dough and a sprinkle of flaked salt.
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups salted butter
• 1 ½ cups brown sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups old-fashioned oats
• 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
• 1 cup toffee bits
• 12 oz caramel sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 pan.
2. Mix butter, sugar, vanilla, salt, baking soda,
flour, and oats until well combined.
3. Press half the mixture into the pan and bake for
8 minutes.
4. Spread chocolate chips, toffee bits, and caramel
sauce over the warm base.
5. Add dollops of remaining dough on top (no need
to spread evenly).
6. Bake another 16–18 minutes. Sprinkle with flaked
salt.
Cool completely—overnight is ideal—before cutting. The wait is so worth it!
