Ingredients:
-Tortilla
-3 eggs
-Cottage cheese
-Shredded cheese
-Paprika
-Spinach or any vegetable you like
-Salt and pepper
Method:
-Place the tortilla in a pan.
-Mix eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper.
-Add shredded cheese and veggies.
-Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
