Recipe:
2 lbs of chicken wings
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbs paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp
2-4 tbs Avocado oil (or any 'neutral' oil)
Method:
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine well. Store in an air tight container till ready to use.
To use:
Pat chicken wings to make sure very dry. Put in a large bowl and add dry ingrediants over top. Drizzle with the oil and mix well with your hands to coat all the wings completly. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and top with a rack sprayed with Pam. Line your chicken wings up in rows on the rack. Bake at for 45 to 50 minutes, flipping half way thru. Serve with your favourtie dip.
