This will make two 12-in pieces. Sometimes you can make three depending on how thick you want the crust.
To 1 cup warm water mix 1 Tablespoon yeast or one packet and a tablespoon of sugar. Let the yeast bloom. Add in 1 Tbsp of olive oil and 1 cup of flour. Mix it into a batter. Add a teaspoon of salt and then start adding flour a little at a time until it comes together and you can knead it into a ball. Usually about two cups of flour depending on your humidity. After you knead it into a ball then put it in an oiled bowl, cover it with Saran wrap and let it rise. I put mine in my oven with the light on and no heat. Usually takes about an hour or less. Once it's risen, punch it down and create your pizza.
Par bake your pizza crust For 5 minutes on 400. Let it cool and then put your toppings on, wrap tightly in saran and freeze it.
