1 pound frozen shredded hash browns defrosted
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 10.5 oz can cream of soup(any flavor)
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups corn flakes
4 tbs melted butter.
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the cornflakes and the butter. Place the hash brown mixture into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Spread the mixture evenly. Combine butter and corn flakes crushing the corn flakes until fully coated and sprinkle on top of the hash brown mixture evenly. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown and gooey then enjoy!
