13 honey graham crackers
1 cup butter
1 c brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 c chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Line the foil with the graham crackers breaking to fit evenly.
In a medium saucepan add the butter and brown sugar. Stir constantly until smooth and add the salt and 1/2 c pecans. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Pour over the graham crackers and spread over evenly. Top with remaining pecans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes until bubbling. Let cool completely before cutting. Store in the refrigerator if making ahead of time.
