Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Here's how to make them:
Add peanut butter and melted butter to a bowl and beat until smooth.
Add in the powdered sugar and continue mixing until well combined.
Add crispy rice cereal and mix until it's equally distributed.
Scoop and roll into a ball, then lay it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until you have used the whole mixture.
Refrigerate for about 15-30 minutes. While they are chilling, melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until fully melted. Add 1 tsp coconut oil if you would like it thinner.
Dip your peanut butter ball into the chocolate and coat the entire ball. Let excess chocolate drip off and place back onto the baking sheet with parchment paper. Repeat until all of them are coated in chocolate.
Let the chocolate harden in the refrigerator then enjoy!
