• Garlic toast
•1 lbs roughly chopped and whole shrimp
•1 lbs roughly chopped immitation crab
(optional real crab)
•1/2 cup chopped green onions or more if prefer.
•2 egg white from BA Jessica ( help filling get puffy and fluffy)
•1/2 cup mayonnaise
•1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
•1 teaspoon sugar
•1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
•paprika
Mix well together and refrigerated for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400f
1•Scoop a spoon full of filling on top (be generous, nobody wants toast with skimpy toppings). Sprinkle with paprika
2•Place toast on top of cooling rack inside a baking pan. Or just line the baking rack with parchment paper.
3•Bake for 20-25 minutes on the middle rack at 400f. Add a few more minutes if prefer more toasty.
