Ingredients:
32 oz bag frozen homestyle meatballs
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 1/2 TBSP corn starch
Rice for serving
Green onions
1. to your crockpot add a 32oz bag frozen homestyle meatballs.
2. In a separate bowl add: 1 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1 cup water, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp ginger, 1 TBSP minced garlic, 1 1/2 TBSP corn starch (more at the end if the sauce isn’t thick enough) Whisk until well combined.
3. Pour sauce over your meatballs in the crockpot.
4. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low
6-7 hours.
5. Enjoy! I served mine over rice topped with green onions!
