Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars✨
Take a 8x8 or 9x9 pan and line it with parchment paper
Take premade chocolate chip cookie dough (or make your own) and press it into the pan. About a 1/2 inch maybe a little thinner.
Make your cheesecake mixture: 1 block softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg and a splash of vanilla. Mix well.
Spread the cheesecake mixture on top of the cookie dough.
Take more cookie dough and flatten some out and lay on top
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
Let cool completely and refrigerate for a couple hours before serving
