Ingredients
makes 2-3 servings
250 g Mince beef (Ground beef)
300 g Noodles
½ Onion
1 tbsp Garlic
½ Bell pepper
1 Carrot
100 g Bean sprouts
3 Spring onions
½ tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Vegetable oil or neutral flavour oil
Stir Fry Sauce
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
3 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Shao Xing wine see details in note
1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Combine all the stir fry sauce ingredients, mix well and set it aside. Season the mince/ground beef with two tablespoons of stir fry sauce mix and black pepper.
Heat the pan over medium-high heat, saute garlic and beef and for 3-4 minutes until slightly brown.
Add onion, carrot, pepper and stir fry another 1-2 minutes then place the noodles in.
Pour the sauce over and noodles and toss well with other ingredients evenly.
Continue stir fry for another 1-2 minutes finish with spring onions and bean sprouts.
Note: can sub dry sherry or Cooking sake for the wine.
