Serves 6 to 8
Ingredients:
1-2 cans biscuits. Cubed into eighths.
10 eggs beaten.
1 tsp all purpose seasoning.
1 lb cooked sausage.
1/2 cup cooked bacon, diced.
2 cups shredded cheddar.
1 cup sausage gravy.
(Gravy is 1/2 lb browned breakfast sausage, 1/2 cup AP flour, 1 cup milk, salt pepper to taste).
-Mix all ingredients (leave 1/2 cup of cheddar out) and pour in a greased Bundt pan.
-Top with the rest of the shredded cheese.
-Place in 350F oven for 30 min or until eggs are cooked through.
-serve and enjoy.
