2lbs Ground pork
1 1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
3 tbsp Soy sauce
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 1/2 tbsp Ginger (minced)
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp White pepper
5 Green onions (chopped)
1/2 cup Carrots (grated)
1 Egg
60 Wonton wrapper
Mix all ingrediants together well. Roll a small ball of meat mix and place in the middle of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wonton and fold in half, press to seal all eges; moisten the two top corners again and bring together to make a 'triangle' shape.
Boil for appox. 5 min or until they float.
Sauce: 1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tbsp Chili crisp
1/2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Rice vinegar
Sesame seeds
