Ingredients:
-1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
-1/2 cup pizza sauce (recommend Meds brand if available)
-6-8 slices deli ham
-1 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
-6-8 slices salami
-1 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese (additional)
-6-8 slices pepperoni
-1 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese (additional)
-1 tsp Italian seasoning
-1 tbsp melted butter
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions:
1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
3.Roll out the pizza crust onto the prepared baking sheet.
4.Brush on 1/2 cup of pizza sauce, leaving a small border around the edges.
5.Layer the ingredients:
-Start with the sliced deli ham.
-Add 1 cup of freshly grated mozzarella cheese.
-Follow with a layer of salami.
-Add another cup of freshly grated mozzarella cheese.
-Layer with pepperoni slices.
-Finish with the last cup of freshly grated mozzarella cheese.
6.Sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly over the top.
7.Carefully roll up the Stromboli:
-Use the parchment paper to help roll it tightly.
-Pinch the seams together to seal.
-Flip the Stromboli so the seam is face down on the baking sheet.
8.Brush the top with melted butter.
9.Sprinkle garlic powder and dried parsley over the top.
10.Cut a few slits in the top of the Stromboli to allow steam to escape.
11.Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and golden brown.
12.Let it cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
