If you guys like pumpkin pie, you’re going to love this no bake pumpkin lush pie! It’s creamy & delicious!
Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
8 tbsp butter, melted
Cream Cheese Filling
16oz cream cheese, room temp
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
Pumpkin Filling
15oz can pumpkin puree
1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie seasoning
3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
1 ½ cups heavy cream
8oz whipped topping
Topping
8oz whipped topping
½ cup graham crackers
This will fit a 8x8 dish with 3” sides. In a bowl add the graham
cracker crumbs and the melted butter. Press down into the baking dish. In a mixing bowl add all of the cream cheese filling ingredients, mix until smooth and spread on top of the graham cracker crust. In a separate bowl add the instant pudding and heavy cream. Mix until thickened, mix in the pumpking pure. Then fold in the whipped topping. Top the cream cheese layer. Then top with whipped cream. Place in the fridge for 4 hrs minimum to setup.
