If you only have about 10 minutes to prep for dinner, this recipe is for you! This dish is packed with protein and has so much flavor!

Ingredients:
1-10oz bag of broccoli florets
1 lb cooked chicken breast or rotisserie, diced
½ cup chicken bone broth
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup avocado Mayo
½ cup lite sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ cup Colby jack or Mexican blend cheese, shredded
8 strips of bacon, cooked and diced
Green onion to top
Avocado Oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
2. Combine the chicken, cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, and chicken broth in a large bowl and mix completely.
3. Transfer to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
4. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
5. Garnish with green onions and serve warm!
