Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
• 3/4 cup boiling hot water
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 apple, chopped
• 1/4 cup walnuts
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats with the boiling hot water. Let it sit for a few minutes to soften.
3. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar.
4. Add the eggs and mix well.
5. Incorporate the raisins, baking powder, yogurt, and melted butter into the mixture.
6. Fold in the chopped apple and walnuts.
7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
9. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your baked oatmeal!
