You'll need:
2 Eggs
3 Strips of Bacon
1/3 Cups Shredded Cheese
2 Low Carb Tortillas
Coconut oil or Butter for frying.
How to make:
• Scramble 2 eggs and put into a greased pan over medium heat allow the eggs to cook along the bottom and then reduce the heat to medium low.
• Place a tortilla on top flip it over and place some bacon and shredded cheese on top of the egg layer.
• Place a second tortilla on top spray the top allow that to cook a little bit for the cheese to melt.
• Flip once more and finish cooking then cut into slices.
