sweetened condensed milk pound cake
Ingredients:
• 1 lb butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 8 egg yolks
• 3 1/2 cups White Lily All-Purpose Flour
• 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
• 8 egg whites
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy (about 5-7 minutes). Beat in egg yolks one at a time. Alternate adding flour and condensed milk, scraping down the sides occasionally.
3. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until fluffy. Gently fold into batter until completely incorporated. Pour batter into a prepared pan and bake at 325F for 90 minutes.
