Here’s what you need:
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 large onion, sliced
4 lb pork loin, cut in half
3 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp honey
4 tsp minced garlic (4 large cloves)
2 tbsp butter
Season the pork pieces with the salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Add the oil to a frying pan and sear the pork. Add onion to the crock pot and lay the tenerloin on top. Add all the rest of the ingrediants to the pot and put the lid on. Cook on low for 8 hours. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Pour some of the crockpot juices over the sliced meat to serve.
