Ingredients
*1 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic All Purpose Flour
*1/3 tsp instant yeast
*1/2 tsp salt
*1/2 cup cool water
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast. Add water and mix until shaggy. Cover the dough and allow it to rest either at room temperature for 12-15 hours. Allow the dough to rise until it doubles or triples in size and forms a bubbly surface.
2. Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a Dutch oven inside to heat for 30 minutes.
3. Flour a countertop, turn the dough out, and lightly flour the top. Stretch into a square, fold corners to the center, and shape into a round loaf by tucking edges under to create tension. Place on parchment.
4. Once the Dutch oven is hot, score the dough, lift it using the parchment, and place in the Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
5. Cool the loaf on a rack before slicing.
