2 C AP Flour
2 1/4 C Sugar (divided)
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
2 C Milk
1 Stick of Butter (melted)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
4 C Fresh or Frozen Berries of choice. (If using frozen make sure that they are still frozen - NOT slightly thawed - before using them)
Add all dry ingrediants to a large bowl and mix to incorpoate. Add the wet ingrediants and mix together until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 glass baking pan. Spread the berries over the entire top of the batter and gently press down into the batter.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
