I make a triple batch and keep it in a half gallon mason jar on the counter.
2 cups flour (I use unbleached white)
1 cup dry milk powder (you can use rice milk powder for dairy free)
1/4 cup cornstarch (sub arrowroot powder if you can’t use cornstarch)
1 TB pepper
1 TB salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground poultry seasoning
To use:
Melt 2 TB butter in a saucepan. Whisk in 3 TB mix then slowly whisk in 1 cup water. Heat until thick and enjoy!
