Ingredients
4 cups water
12 asparagus spears
4 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese
2 tbsp. egg white
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp Zadies original seasoning *
1/4 tsp pepper
8 sheets phyllo dough
4 salmon fillets (4 0z)
Directions
Boil water and cook asparagus 3 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Combine cream cheese, egg, onion, seasoning, pepper.
Lay one sheet of phyllo dough out and spray with cooking spray. Layer with another sheet. Spread 2 tbsp. cream cheese mixture on bottom third of rectangle. Top with 6 asparagus spears and one piece of salmon.
Roll up dough and fold sides and bottom edge. Spray outer layers of phyllo.
Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
