Ingredients:
3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and medium dice
(Use a different dry fleshed, baking style potato if you can't find Russets for that fluffy, mashable texture that makes this recipe such a joy to create.
1 15oz jar Alfredo sauce
1½ cups fresh grated parmesan cheese
½ cup water (use to slush out the last of the Alfredo sauce in jar)
3 tablespoons butter
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker. Mix thoroughly.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve with fresh parsley.
