2 cups oil
Spread half over bottom of roast pan.
Place 10 pounds of pig tails criss-cross in pan.
Mix together
1/8 cup celery seed
1/8 cup dry mustard
1/8 cup garlic salt
1/8 cup onion salt
and sprinkle over tails.
Then add
1 cup brown sugar sprinkled over tails.
Then add
2 cups apple juice over all.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours.
