Yeilds 6 to 8 servings.
Ingrediants
1 head cabbage, chopped (approximately 4 cups)
1 to 1&1/2 lb ground meat (beef and/or pork or turkey)
1/2 cups rice
28 ounces diced tomatoes
1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
Dash of Worchestershire sauce
Dash of HP sauce
Dash of Tobasco
Instructions
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
Spread raw ground meat along bottom of slow cooker.
Add the onions, green peppers, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley.
Add cabbage and rice.
Pour diced tomatoes on top. Add beef broth.
Add the 'dashes' of sauces per list above.
Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
When done, remove lid, stir and serve.
