Spanish Omelet~

Spanish omelet~ Just dice up potatoes and onions tiny, fry them in a hot pan with 2 tsp healthy oil. Whip up about 6 eggs. When potatoes are browned, put them in an oven dish lightly sprayed with oil spritz or lined, pour in the egg mix and bake for 20-30 minutes at 375!
