CRUST:
1 stick butter
1 (3-oz.) cream cheese
1 cup sifted flour
Pinch of salt
Mix together & mold into 24 balls about 1 1/2-in. Drop balls into small
muffin pan and spread.
FILLING:
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp. melted butter
Dash salt
Spoon 1 teaspoon mixture into each shell. Bake at 350ºF. for 15 minutes.
Then reduce oven to 250ºF. for 10 minutes. Cool slightly in pan. These
freeze very well.
