I had a friend over for lunch on Monday and wanted to show her a photo on our digital frame. Lo and behold I couldn't get it to go on. Tried another outlet, tried the remote, tried the switch on the frame -- pretty much everything I could think of. When my husband got home he couldn't get it to work either so called Customer Service the next morning and it turns out our model needed a software patch. They emailed him a download and then walked him thru applying it to the frame. Now it works fine.

That's the last thing I'd have thought of - actually that would NEVER had occurred to me.
