I watch TV with CC in the middle of the night when I'm up with my insomnia so as not to disturb OH in the other room. Now there are something like 14 or 16 options for CC. Well I went thru each one to find the one that worked for our system. It didn't take me 2 hours to do that.

We thot they should call uVerse to complain and he did. Said the person he talked to just said - very few customers use it so we don't see the need to spend time on the training. !!!
