BMW 330 E90 2007 - 480A Particulate Filter System Bank 1 #

Engine Size and Code: 3000
( Optional) Fault Codes: 480A particulate filter system bank 1

481AParticulae filter system bank 1
4D00 Exhaust back pressure sensor bank 1
Have carried out clean with liqui moly cleaner and purge you use with the proper gun, also replaced glow plugs as two were faulty and also changed dpf pressure sensor. carry out clean and one hour road test as rquired at high revs in 3rd gear, kept bringing in the faults every now and again i now have a pressure reading of 26.9 mbar at idle and 89.6 at 2000 rpm does and one know what is ok readings for sensor

take it for a drive and graph the pressure sensor reading on your scan tool,
drive it up to 4500 rpm in second or third.

if the max pressure is around 250 mbar then I would suggest that the dpf is still restricted.

try doing a forced regen and look at the pressure again.
